Behavior Supports
Behavior Support Services
Functional Assessment: Identifying the causes, triggers, and purposes of specific behaviors.
Behavior Support Plan: Creating individualized strategies to encourage desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
Skill Development: Teaching communication, social, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and coping skills along with ADLs.
Caregiver and Staff Training: Helping family members, natural supports, co-workers and/or staff consistently implement support strategies.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Tracking progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
Crisis Prevention and Intervention: Developing safe, proactive approaches to prevent or respond to behavioral crises.
